Jeanette Sanderson FAITD MAHRI has over 27 years of experience in the field of talent and organizational development. Jeanette is currently serving as the Director, Learning, Organisational Development & Inclusion at Arts Centre Melbourne, where they are responsible for leadership and capability development, engagement, change and organizational culture programs, and DE&I strategy development. Prior to this role, Jeanette held the position of Associate Director, Learning & Organisational Development at Arts Centre Melbourne, where they provided support and coaching to executives and managers on people development and policy, designed and delivered organization-wide capability and future skills development, and managed employee engagement and compliance training programs.

Before joining Arts Centre Melbourne, Jeanette worked as the Head of Talent & Organisational Development at AIA Australia, where they held the responsibility of talent development and organizational development. Jeanette also served as the Global Head of Talent & Organisational Development at Aurecon, leading a team responsible for the company's global learning strategy, talent development, performance management, succession planning, leadership and organizational development. Jeanette also served as the Talent Development Manager - ANZ & Asia at Aurecon, leading a team focused on building the company's capability and expertise.

Earlier in their career, Jeanette worked as the Learning & Development Manager at Computershare Australia, where they developed and implemented an organization-wide learning strategy. Jeanette also worked as a National Learning & Development Consultant at KPMG Australia, supporting the facilitation of the national L&D curriculum framework across the firm.

Jeanette Sanderson began their career as a Learning Consultant at Pracom Ltd and Senior Customer Support Trainer VIC, Learning Consultant at Vodafone. Jeanette also worked as a Customer Service Trainer at Diners Club International.

Throughout their career, Jeanette has demonstrated expertise in leadership and capability development, talent development, performance management, succession planning, and organizational culture programs. Jeanette has a strong track record of building learning strategies, developing innovative learning solutions, and fostering positive workplaces.

Jeanette Sanderson FAITD MAHRI completed their education in various institutions. Jeanette earned a Master of Leadership - Organizational Learning from Monash University between 2016 and 2018. In 2015, they attended Stanford University for a course on Tools of Innovation - Design Thinking and the University of London for a course on Managing the Company of the Future. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Training & Development from the University of Melbourne from 1998 to 2000. Their undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism & Literature, was obtained from Deakin University from 1991 to 1994. Jeanette also completed their VCE from MacKillop College. In addition to their academic qualifications, they hold several certifications, including Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Australia, Accredited DiSC Practitioner from Intégro Learning Company (2014), Accredited Executive Coach - Level 1 from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) (2012), Accredited LSI/GSI Practitioner from Human Synergistics (2012), and Accredited MBTI Practitioner from CPP, Inc. (2009).
