Angela Chappell

Angela Chappell serves as the Relationship Manager for Combined Arts at Arts Council England since June 2010, where key responsibilities include being the national lead for the Carnival Arts Task Group and an area lead for Strategic Touring in the Northwest. Expertise includes outdoor arts, celebratory parades, light festivals, and more. Previous roles encompass Conference Chair for the National UK Carnival Conferences, Youth Arts Manager for Chester Performs, and Arts Education Advisor for Knowsley Council. Angela has also held positions as Principal Arts Officer and Regional Coordinator for ARTS DEVELOPMENT UK LTD.
