Helen Cooper

Helen Cooper is an experienced professional in the arts and culture sector, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Philanthropy and Visual Arts at Arts Council England since July 2018. As co-founder and Director of Dose Espresso since February 2008, Helen has played a pivotal role in establishing a prominent specialty coffee business in London. Previously, Helen held managerial positions at Tate, overseeing national programmes, and served as Senior Officer for Museum Development at Arts Council England, where policy development and stakeholder engagement were key responsibilities. Helen's earlier experience includes roles at the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council and The Art Gallery of NSW. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Cultural Policy and Management from City, University of London, and a BA (Hons) in English from Victoria University of Wellington.
