Marilyn McPhie

Marilyn McPhie is a Teaching Artist at Arts Education Connection San Diego and has been a Board Member at San Diego Folk Heritage. Marilyn also serves as the President of Storytellers of San Diego and works as a Storyteller/Spoken Word Artist under their own name since 1985. Marilyn has held various roles at the National Storytelling Network, including Pacific Region Director and State Liaison. Additionally, Marilyn was an Instructor at University of California, San Diego from 2005 to 2014, teaching courses on storytelling and its application in education. Marilyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature and French Language and Literature from Brigham Young University.
