Nikhita Ganesh is a skilled arts and culture professional with extensive experience in project management, production, and programming across various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as a Programmer for Festivals at Arts House Limited (AHL), Nikhita has previously held positions including Management and Production Lead at Terra Nuova, focusing on sustainability initiatives in Rome, and Artiste Hospitality at Videocittà, ensuring artist welfare during events. Nikhita's background includes roles such as Venue Stage Manager at AHL, VIP Artiste Liaison Officer for Black Eyed Peas at Singapore GP Pte Ltd, and Festival Secretariat at IGNITE! Music Festival, among others. Nikhita holds a Master's degree in Arts and Culture Management from Istituto Europeo di Design and a Bachelor's degree in Arts Management from LASALLE College of the Arts.
