Lauren (Yura) Beck

Lauren (Yura) Beck has a diverse work experience that spans various fields. Lauren started their career as a Learning Support Assistant at Mechanicsburg Area School District in 2007 and then moved on to become a Supervisor at Starbucks, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, they joined Lehigh Valley Arts Council as an Operations Manager and held this position until 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Teaching Artist at ArtsQuest and The Art Establishment. In 2018, Lauren started their own company, Ren & Ink LLC, where they worked as an Artist & Owner specializing in hand lettering, calligraphy, illustration, and design. Lauren also provided art education through workshops, team building, and children's programs. In 2019, Lauren became a Teaching Artist at Art Muse and later at Outschool. In 2021, they worked as a Floral Designer & Event Crew at Allium Floral Design and Event Styling. Currently, Lauren is a Teaching Artist at Outschool.

Lauren (Yura) Beck completed their Bachelor's degree in Art Teacher Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
