Isabel Telonis is a seasoned professional in the art industry, currently serving as the Customer Experience Lead at Artsy since November 2018. In this role, Isabel has successfully founded and scaled the Concierge program, significantly enhancing marketplace sales conversion rates and contributing to over $23 million in gross merchandise value since 2022. Isabel manages a high-performing team focused on client retention and develops strong relationships with top clients to ensure a seamless art buying experience. Previous roles at Artsy include Senior Manager of Collector Services and Manager of Marketplace Strategy & Operations. Isabel's career began with internships at notable institutions such as The Winter Show, Fairfield University, El Museo del Barrio, and Winston Wächter Fine Art. Isabel holds a Master’s degree in Art Business from Sotheby's Institute of Art and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Fairfield University.
