Prior to that, they were an IT Project Manager at ADP, where they were responsible for development teams using Agile (Scrum) methodology. Luis Fernando facilitated scrum ceremonies, tracked quality and velocity metrics, and collaborated with product owners to prioritize and synchronize user stories.
Luis started their career at IBM as a Project Manager and IT Specialist, where they managed enterprise automation tools and delivery projects for global IBM customers.
Luis Fernando also worked at Hewlett Packard as an ITO Consultant Service Delivery II, providing third level support on HP OpenView Products and working on customer-facing engineering and projects development.
Before that, Luis gained experience through an internship program at Telefonica Empresas, where they served as an IT Management System Analyst, working with the HP OpenView platform and implementing ITIL as a model.

Luis Fernando Gualberto completed their Bachelor of Computer Science degree from UFSCar - Alumni, from 2002 to 2005. Luis Fernando then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, from 2009 to 2011.
Furthermore, Luis Fernando obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in March 2017. In September 2012, they also acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
