Luis Fernando Gualberto

Luis Fernando Gualberto has extensive experience in agile coaching and project management. Luis Fernando has worked at various companies, including Artsy, SumUp, HelloFresh, DBServer, Globant, ADP, IBM, Hewlett Packard, and Telefonica Empresas.

In their current role as Director Agile Coach at Artsy, they are responsible for promoting an agile mindset throughout the Engineering and Product organization. Luis Fernando focuses on creating a culture that is effective, efficient, and sustainable.

Prior to Artsy, Luis worked as an Agile Coach at SumUp, where they supported one tribe and four squads. Their primary mission was to improve the teams and operate on the team, tribe, and company levels.

At HelloFresh, Luis served as an Agile Coach, supporting four squads and acting as both a Scrum master and Agile coach. Luis Fernando coached the product owners, facilitated scrum and kanban ceremonies, and disseminated Agile principles throughout the company.

Luis also worked as an Agile Project Manager at DBServer, where they focused on automation testing projects and acted as a people manager for outsourcing services. Luis Fernando has experience in managing various agile projects and coaching teams.

Before DBServer, Luis worked as an Agile Project Manager at Globant, where they served as a scrum master, facilitated scrum ceremonies, and taught product owners how to manage their backlogs using user story mapping and design thinking techniques.

Prior to that, they were an IT Project Manager at ADP, where they were responsible for development teams using Agile (Scrum) methodology. Luis Fernando facilitated scrum ceremonies, tracked quality and velocity metrics, and collaborated with product owners to prioritize and synchronize user stories.

Luis started their career at IBM as a Project Manager and IT Specialist, where they managed enterprise automation tools and delivery projects for global IBM customers.

Luis Fernando also worked at Hewlett Packard as an ITO Consultant Service Delivery II, providing third level support on HP OpenView Products and working on customer-facing engineering and projects development.

Before that, Luis gained experience through an internship program at Telefonica Empresas, where they served as an IT Management System Analyst, working with the HP OpenView platform and implementing ITIL as a model.

Overall, Luis Fernando Gualberto has a wealth of experience in agile coaching, project management, and IT system analysis. Luis Fernando has a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and has successfully implemented them in various organizations.

Luis Fernando Gualberto completed their Bachelor of Computer Science degree from UFSCar - Alumni, from 2002 to 2005. Luis Fernando then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, from 2009 to 2011.

Furthermore, Luis Fernando obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in March 2017. In September 2012, they also acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
