Magdalene Favre-Bulle has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2022. Magdalene began their career as a Receptionist at King's Parc Hotel, where they greeted and welcomed guests, managed the lounge bar, and handled various guest services.

In 2011, Magdalene worked as a Service Intern at Mykonos Theoxenia Hotel, where they gained experience in providing high-quality service to guests.

Magdalene then took on the role of Bar Manager at Cav'O'Rock during the Montreux Jazz Festival in 2013 and later became the Bar Manager of Stroke Klub at the same festival in 2016.

Magdalene Favre-Bulle completed their high school education at the International School of Lausanne from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their International Baccalaureate degree. Magdalene then pursued their higher education at EHL from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality and Business Management with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management. In 2021, Magdalene undertook an online course at Sotheby's Institute of Art, studying Art History from the Renaissance period to the present.
