Shantanu Kamat

Shantanu Kamat has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Shantanu started their career as a Teaching Assistant at California State University, Fresno in 1996. Shantanu then worked as an Engineer-Intern at Integrated Real Time Systems, where they assisted the Senior Design Team with VHDL/Veilog designing and writing test benches for simulation.

In 1999, Shantanu joined Synplicity, where they served as a Software QA Engineer, contributing to the establishment of the QA, QoR, Software Integration & Regressions framework. Shantanu was also responsible for conducting GUI testing initiatives. Shantanu later became a Senior Corporate Applications Engineer at Synplicity, supporting major customer accounts in the US and Europe, including managing the company's OEM accounts.

After Synplicity, Shantanu joined Mentor Graphics as a Technical Marketing Engineer, where they were responsible for marketing and sales in major accounts across various regions, including the US, Europe, Israel, and APAC. Shantanu also managed partner and OEM accounts, working with companies such as Motorola, Alcatel Lucent, and Cisco.

In 2011, Shantanu worked as a Design and Verification Consultant at Alcatel Lucent. Shantanu then moved on to join ArtworkservicesUSA and Powerweave Software Services in 2013, where they held various roles such as Group Manager, Business Development, Director of Sales, VP Sales, and currently serves as the SVP Sales & Marketing. In this role, they are responsible for opening new markets and territories, as well as growing the revenue for the software technology and services businesses of the company. Shantanu has successfully partnered with over 500 companies, serving various industries including promotional products, e-commerce, retail, apparel, industrial, consumer goods, and lighting. Additionally, they have led the development and implementation of an AI-driven e-commerce and marketing platform that has resulted in measurable sales growth for ArtworkservicesUSA's customers.

Shantanu Kamat completed a Bachelor of Science in Physics at the University of Mumbai from 1992 to 1995. Shantanu then pursued a Master of Science in Semiconductor Physics and Digital Design at California State University, Fresno from 1996 to 1998.
