Mike Wais

Mike leads the organization responsible for Aruba’s end-to-end supply chain operations, including Sales & Operations Planning, Supply & Demand Planning, Order Management & Care, Regional Operations & Fulfillment, Manufacturing Engineering, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, and the Supply Chain Strategy & Program Management teams. Prior to Aruba, Mike worked at NetApp for 12+ years leading the company’s Supply Chain organization, and held similar positions at Maxtor and Quantum, leading Supply Chain Strategy and Operational teams over a 10+ year period. He also lived and worked in Japan for Mitsui and Company. He’s an avid long-distance runner and has completed several marathons, including the Sydney and Boston Marathons.
