Richard leads HPE Aruba’s Global Services, Support and Operations organization, a foundational element of the customer and partner experience. With nearly 20 years in customer facing roles, time spent as a leader in HPE’s Transformation Office and former Chief of Staff to HPE’s President & CEO Antonio Neri, Richard is uniquely positioned to lead a global team of experts to deliver the ‘final mile’ of Aruba’s customer-first, customer-last philosophy.
