Joel H. has a solid background in IT, with experience ranging from IT Bank Staff to Trainee IT Technician, IT Technician, and ICT Systems Administrator. With an education from Worthing College and Worthing High School, Joel has honed their skills in providing first, second, third line support, and assisting with DevOps tasks. Additionally, Joel has also served as a Learning Mentor Apprenticeship, helping students achieve their IT qualifications while providing technical support to staff and students.
