Viviana Martinez Hamilton has a diverse work experience. Viviana began their career in 2006 as a Key Holder/Server at Johnny's NY Style Pizza. Viviana then worked as a Sales Leader at Bath & Body Works from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, they began working as a Lab Researcher at the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center. In 2013, they were a Research Associate I at Synageva BioPharma Corp. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Research Associate II, Molecular & Protein Sciences at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In 2017, they began working at Aruna Bio, Inc. as a Director, CMC, Associate Director, Bioprocessing and Process Development, Manufacturing Manager, and Research Associate. In these roles, they have led and managed CMC activities, authored and managed regulatory documents, designed development strategies, managed production activities, and developed assays.

Viviana Martinez Hamilton has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The University of Georgia, which they obtained between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) in Biological and Physical Sciences from the University of North Georgia between 2007 and 2009. Additionally, they have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from The University of Georgia, which they obtained in December 2022.
