Randy Smyth

Randy Smyth is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as the CEO of Geminus Acquisition & Management Inc. since September 2018, which provides common-sense lending solutions across various asset types and credit classes. In addition, Randy holds positions as Director and Chairman of the Board at Solution Financial Inc., Director at Community Vehicle Financing, CEO of Stride Capital Corp, and President of Arundel Capital Corporation, all of which focus on tailored lending solutions for various markets. Previous roles include Head of Credit at NYDIG and Managing Partner at Arctos Capital Management.
