Caitlyn Yang

Caitlyn Yang is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Arup, where responsibilities include designing HVAC systems for scientific and healthcare facilities and conducting feasibility studies. As Co-Founder of C&C Innovative Solutions, Caitlyn leads an entrepreneurship program supporting first-time founders. Previous roles include Assistant Director at Starburst Aerospace’s SCALE Accelerator, where Caitlyn aided startups in aviation and space, and Lead Launch Vehicles Engineer for the UCI Rocket Project, which successfully launched a collegiate liquid bipropellant rocket. Additionally, Caitlyn founded StartSmart & Grasshopperfund, a platform empowering youth-led startups. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Materials Science Engineering from UC Irvine.
