Martha Vasquez

Martha Vasquez is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Global Reward Operations Lead and Head of Rewards for the Americas Region at Arup, Martha leads total rewards strategy and administration for over 1,600 employees across Canada, Colombia, and the US. Previous roles include Human Resources Leader for the Latin America Region at Arup, where compensation and benefits strategies were developed for the Americas, and Human Resources Manager at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, managing HR strategies for more than 200 employees. Martha's earlier experience includes Senior Human Resources Manager at Arup, HR Associate/Trainer at TRW, and HR Associate at Andin International. Martha holds an MBA in Executive Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management from St. John's University.
