Ruth Ahluwalia

Ruth Ahluwalia possesses extensive experience in global reward strategies, currently serving as Global Reward Director and Global Head of Reward at Arup since May 2017. Prior to this, Ruth held the position of Leading Consultant for Global Reward at Statoil from February 2014 to May 2017 and served as Principal Adviser - Remuneration at Rio Tinto from August 2006 to September 2013. Ruth's earlier roles include Reward Project Manager (freelance) at Prudential Assurance and Group C&B Operations at Vodafone. Ruth began a career in human resources at Prudential Assurance, where positions included HR Business Partner, Senior Reward Analyst, and Employee Relations Adviser. Ruth's academic credentials include a Master of Arts (MA) in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Literary Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
