Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations & Technical Compliance at Aruze Gaming since August 2019 and holding the position of Director of Slot Operations at CYM Ltd since June 2015, Jimmy is adept at overseeing electronic gaming machine departments, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, and developing strategic plans to enhance revenue and protect company assets. Previously, roles as Technical Manager at Galaxy Macau and Assistant Technical Manager at MGM MACAU provided valuable expertise in managing technical matters related to electronic gaming machines, project planning, and staff training.
