Joseph Anthony Boma

Joseph Anthony Boma has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joseph Anthony began their career as a Legal Assistant at Villanueva Gabionza & De Santos Law Office in 2006. Joseph Anthony then worked as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young for two years before joining PJS Law as a Junior Associate in 2009. At PJS Law, they took on the role of Senior Associate from 2012 to 2013, where they advised on various infrastructure financing projects.

In 2014, Boma joined HSBC as an AVP & Legal Counsel, handling corporate trust management and providing legal counsel. Joseph Anthony was later promoted to Vice President, Trust Officer, overseeing the overall trust business and serving as the bank's representative in trust and fiduciary matters. Joseph Anthony'stime at HSBC also included a role as Vice President, Corporate Trust Management.

In 2018, Boma joined AXA as a Senior Regional Counsel, leading the legal department in multiple markets within the Asia-Pacific Region. Joseph Anthony'sresponsibilities included providing legal advice, managing litigation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting labor/employee relations. Joseph Anthony also implemented corporate governance and corporate secretarial functions.

Currently, Boma holds the position of Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for Asia Pacific at Aruze Gaming, a role they assumed in 2019.

Throughout their career, Boma has demonstrated their expertise in legal matters, corporate governance, financial transactions, and project development.

Joseph Anthony Boma completed their Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration at the University of the Philippines - Diliman from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor in Law at Ateneo de Manila University from 2002 to 2006.
