Willian Menezes

Willian Menezes is an experienced professional in the field of chemistry and product development, currently serving as the Chemistry Division Manager at Arva Greentech AG since October 2016. In this role, Willian leads the formulation of new products for soil remediation and surface cleaning, oversees chemical analysis and quality control, directs research and development efforts, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives. Previous positions include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in cleaning technologies, as well as roles at EPS, Clariant, IAPC, Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, and LabQAM, encompassing project management, technical support, product formulation, and quality control. Willian holds a Doctorate in Chemistry/Nanotechnology from the University of Bremen and a Master’s in Materials Science from Universidade Federal do Paraná, along with a Bachelor's in Chemistry and an accountancy degree.
