Arantxa Hernando

Arantxa Hernando is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Global Operations Director at Arval BNP Paribas Group since January 2014. Hernando has held various leadership roles, including Business Transformation & Customer Experience Director and Head of Business Transformation, focusing on continuous improvement, change management, and project management. Additionally, Hernando is a mentor for women professionals through the Association BNP Paribas MixCity and has contributed to EJE&CON and Mujeres con S. Hernando has also lectured at the European School of Economics and has held managerial positions at Prosegur, Rentokil Initial España, and Accenture, providing expertise in IT management, strategic consulting, and systems integration.
