Benoît Passot

Benoît Passot is an experienced professional in corporate strategy and management, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Arval BNP Paribas Group since September 2017, while also holding the position of Senior Manager Strategic Marketing. Prior to this, Benoît gained extensive experience at BNP Paribas from January 2010 to September 2017 as a Senior Industry Consultant, analyzing companies in the automotive and capital goods sectors. Benoît's career includes significant roles at Renault, including Industrial Strategy Project Manager, where Benoît designed the industrial aspects of a Greenfield plant in Tangier, and Manufacturing Manager, overseeing production operations and leading improvement initiatives. Benoît holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Engineering from Centrale Lyon.
