Claudia Bensi

Claudia Bensi is a Senior Legal Counsel at Arval within the BNP Paribas Group since December 2010, specializing in legal issue resolution, commercial negotiations, contract drafting, compliance with corporate and privacy obligations, and debt collection management. Claudia has been a member of BNP Paribas since the same year and served as a Member of the Management Board at Firenze Parcheggi S.p.A. from December 2009 to January 2013. Previous experience includes roles as a lawyer at Marroncini Law Firm and Landi Law Firm, and as an expert in Roman Law at the University of Florence. Claudia holds a law degree with honors from the University of Florence and has further qualifications in English, including a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge. Notably, Claudia achieved the highest grade in the qualifying exams for the profession of Lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Florence.
