Norberto Morales

Norberto Morales, CRVPM, currently serves as the Director of Mortgage Operations Support at Arvest Bank, a position held since January 2015, where responsibilities include vendor management within the Mortgage Division and enhancing operational efficiencies. Prior to this role, Norberto was the VP and Manager of Vendor Management at Bank of Oklahoma for nearly eight years, focusing on similar objectives. Additional experience includes serving as a VP, Business Application Delivery Manager, and AVP, Project Manager at Bank of Oklahoma, as well as a Senior Project Manager at Travelers and various IT roles at Citigroup. Norberto began professional education at Mountain View College between 1987 and 1989.
