Emily Jakubcik

Emily Jakubcik has had a diverse range of work experience in the nutrition field. Emily is currently working as a Specialist Dietitian at Emily Jakubcik Nutrition, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held roles at Arvida Group Limited, where they served as Head of Foodservice and National Dietitian, supporting various food service activities across 36 villages. Emily also worked as a Casual Lecturer at Massey University and as a Specialist Eating Disorder Dietitian at Nurture Psychology. Emily has experience in clinical and foodservice dietetics through their role at Consulting Dietitians Limited, where they managed dietetic services at multiple rest home and care facilities. Emily also held the position of Lead Dietitian at MacroActive® and worked as a Fresh Start Expert (Nutritionist) & Customer Love Coordinator at My Food Bag. Earlier in their career, Emily worked as a Senior Retail Assistant at RUBY, a Research Assistant at Massey University, and a Retail Assistant at Superette.

Emily Jakubcik has a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Otago, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Emily then pursued a Certificate in Health Sciences from The University of Auckland in 2017. Following that, Emily attended Massey University from 2018 to 2019, where they completed their Master of Science degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services.
