Emily Jakubcik has had a diverse range of work experience in the nutrition field. Emily is currently working as a Specialist Dietitian at Emily Jakubcik Nutrition, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held roles at Arvida Group Limited, where they served as Head of Foodservice and National Dietitian, supporting various food service activities across 36 villages. Emily Jakubcik has a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Otago, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Emily then pursued a Certificate in Health Sciences from The University of Auckland in 2017. Following that, Emily attended Massey University from 2018 to 2019, where they completed their Master of Science degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services.
