Corsin Bollinger

Corsin Bollinger is an experienced professional in the foodservice and sales sectors, currently serving as the Head of Foodservice & Industry and a Board Member at Hilcona AG since September 2021, after previously holding the position of Marktleiter Foodservice for Switzerland and Austria. Prior roles include Sales Director for Switzerland at Pernod Ricard, Sales Director Gourmet for Switzerland at Barry Callebaut Group, and various key account management positions at Unilever Food Solutions. Corsin began a career in hospitality at the Hotel Palace Luzern and holds an Eidg. Dipl. Hotelier HF from SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern. Currently pursuing further education at St. Gallen Business School, Corsin continues to build on a robust foundation in the industry.
