Patrick Hawke

Patrick Hawke has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Patrick started their career as a Carpenter at Mazira Construction, where they worked on residential and small-scale commercial projects, including weathertightness remediation. After that, they joined Fletcher Reinforcing as a Contract Supervisor, overseeing projects from November 2013 to July 2016.

In 2016, Hawke became the Piling Manager at Euro Corporation Ltd., where they managed the commercial and operational performance of the Piling Division. Patrick supervised detailers, estimators, and quality engineers, ensuring high-quality work and efficient resource allocation.

From 2017 to 2019, Hawke worked as a Project Manager at Southbase Construction. Patrick successfully delivered high-profile seismic strengthening, retail, and education building projects. Patrick provided leadership to the site team, including Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers, and Engineers.

Hawke then joined Piletech as the New Business Manager in 2019. In this role, they played a crucial part in the company's growth and success, with responsibilities including business development, tendering, contract negotiations, and forecasting. Patrick also provided line management for the New Business team.

In 2021, Hawke worked as a Senior Project Manager at The Building Intelligence Group, gaining extensive experience in engineering and project management. Patrick oversaw multiple school and special school builds, providing technical and contractual advice as the Engineer to the Contract.

Currently, Hawke holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Arvida Group Limited since June 2022. Patrick is responsible for overseeing greenfield and brownfield developments, conducting due diligence, and presenting development business cases to stakeholders for approval.
