Erica Frye

Erica Frye is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial learning and development within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as the Field Training Manager for Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. since June 2025, Erica previously held roles at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, including Manager of Learning Program Development and Associate Manager of Commercial Training from July 2023 to June 2025. Prior to that, Erica spent over a decade at Nutricia North America as a Sales Learning and Development Trainer and Specialty Territory Manager. Erica's career began at Bayer HealthCare as a Professional Sales Consultant in Women's Healthcare and as a Research Technician at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Erica holds a BS in Biology from Penn State University and an MPH in Epidemiology/Biostatistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
