Carl Pickford

Carl Pickford has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carl currently holds the position of Global Business Director at Arwen.AI, starting in February 2023.

Prior to that, Carl served as the Managing Director of CPA Ltd from 2017 to March 2023. Their role involved focusing on scalable, measurable brand promotions, sponsorships, and hybrid digital activations. Notable projects include securing major global sponsors for the ZERO G COLONY event associated with Virgin Galactic.

From 2016 to March 2023, Carl was the Founder of Rock n Roll Global Ltd, where they developed and operated a visitor attraction centered around the success of British rock and pop music over the past 50 years.

Before that, as a Consultant (Sponsorship/Marketing and Commercialization) at Richard James of Savile Row from 2012 to 2015, Carl was responsible for locating and securing long-term commercial partnerships, as well as creating new revenue streams and products for the company.

Carl also has experience as the Managing Director of Royal Albartross Golf Shoes from 2013 to 2014. In this role, they successfully launched a collection of high-quality golf shoes.

From 2011 to 2012, Carl served as the Managing Director of Eye Eye Mobile Ltd. This company created a global mobile media platform for the 5-star hospitality market, providing complete connectivity and control of the guest experience.

Earlier in their career, Carl held the position of Managing Director at CPA Ltd from 1995 to 2010. Carl focused on offering exciting advertising solutions for clients and brands in leisure destinations across the UK.

Additionally, Carl worked as an Artist Manager and Development manager at John Reid Entertainment from 1991 to 1994. Carl handled various aspects of artist management, including tour organization, press liaison, promotion, financial management, and more.

Before that, as the Managing Director of Running Water Ltd from 1988 to 1991, Carl played a key role in establishing the UK's first mineral water delivery company, which was later renamed as Friendly Water Ltd.

Lastly, from 1982 to 1988, Carl worked as an Artist and Business Manager at Tritec Music Ltd.
