Kristin Rinaldi

Kristin is a U.S. citizen, who was born in New Jersey. She has been with Arxada/Lonza since 2015 and currently holds the position of General Counsel. This involves managing the functions of Legal, IP, Compliance, Trade Compliance and Corporate EHS.

Kristin has spent most of her career as in-house counsel in specialty chemicals, specializing in commercial transactions and general corporate representation.

She has a Juris Doctorate. from Fordham University School of Law in New York, NY and a B.A. in International Relations and French from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY.
