Keasha Ann Broussard

Keasha Ann Broussard's work experience includes serving as Vice President, Senior Counsel at GreenSky® since June 2015. In this role, they resolve consumer litigation matters, manages outside counsel, and oversees regulatory investigations. Prior to this, they worked at King and Spalding from May 2006 to December 2014 as an Attorney in the Business Litigation Group. Here, they defended various phases of litigation, obtained summary judgments, and represented a major consumer reporting agency. Earlier in their career, from January 2004 to April 2006, Keasha was an Associate Attorney at Smith White Sharma & Halpern, PC. There, they represented clients in general civil litigation, drafted legal documents, and negotiated contracts.

Keasha Ann Broussard holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from The University of Alabama School of Law. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Xavier University - Louisiana.
