Vita Kononov

Vita Kononov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and engineering management, currently serving as Manager of Product Development at ARxIUM since March 2017. In this role, Vita oversees business intelligence and software development, manages quality assurance engineering and technical writing, and leads strategic projects for enterprise-level product initiatives. Notable achievements include standardizing the product development lifecycle, which resulted in significant cost reductions and improved product quality, as well as delivering innovative solutions such as analytical dashboards and automated testing systems. Previously, Vita held various leadership positions at ARxIUM, focusing on process optimization and technical innovation in support of pharmacy workflows, and also developed high-performance wireless solutions while at Miller, Cooper & Co. Vita's academic background includes a Master's degree in Electronics and Radio Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
