Ying Zhao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client support services and technical application development within the scientific field. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Client Support Services at Arxspan since March 2020, Ying Zhao oversees support for both external and internal customers while contributing as a subject matter expert in new software product development. Prior to this role, Ying Zhao was the Chief Application Scientist at NanoBioImaging Ltd, leading multichannel fluorescent imaging method development and providing technical support. Previous positions include Senior Technical Support Scientist at Abbott Molecular, where Ying Zhao managed global change control projects, and Research Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, recognized for significant cost-saving improvements in manufacturing processes. Earlier experience includes a leadership role at Procter & Gamble in project and manufacturing management. Ying Zhao holds a Postdoctoral Researcher degree in Biochemistry from Northwestern University, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Wesleyan University, and a BS in Chemistry from Nankai University.
