Abhijat Mitra

Abhijat Mitra is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience across various industries in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Aryaka since May 2025, Abhijat previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Tejas Networks from November 2018 to April 2025, where responsibilities included global HR leadership and reporting directly to the CEO of this deep-technology firm. Abhijat has also led HR functions at the McKinsey Knowledge Centre, Exponential, Adobe Systems, Wipro Technologies, Aon Hewitt, and Dell, demonstrating a robust background in talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and regional HR leadership. Abhijat holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Psychology, and English from Bhopal University.
