Rahul Kalia

Rahul Kalia is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa at Barry Callebaut Group. Prior to this role, Kalia was the Regional People & Culture Director for APAC at ISS A/S, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to enhance organizational performance. With a long tenure at Bayer, Kalia held various leadership positions, including Global Head of Performance, Culture, and Future of Work, and led multiple HR functions across Asia Pacific. Kalia has also worked at notable organizations such as Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., ICI India (AkzoNobel), Centurion Bank of Punjab, Organon India, and Pfizer, contributing to training and development strategies and organizational capability enhancement. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduation in Management from SP Jain Institute, a B.Pharmacy from Punjabi University, and various executive education programs in organizational agility and coaching.
