Chiranthan Henly

Chiranthan Henly has extensive work experience in data analytics and business intelligence. Chiranthan currently serves as the Director of Systems and Analytics at Aryaka, where they lead data analytics for various business functions such as bookings, customer lifecycle, and renewals. Chiranthan is responsible for designing and operationalizing various key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing important business activities like QBR, BOD, NPI, and CSAT.

Prior to Aryaka, Chiranthan worked at NetApp for over 10 years in different roles. Chiranthan was a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, where they managed a portfolio of services for the analytics team. Chiranthan also led the setup of a Predictive Analytics team and played a critical role in enabling analytics across various business functions. Before that, they served as a Manager of Sales Operations, overseeing operational activities across multiple teams and managing a team of 20 people.

Chiranthan started their career at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they held various roles including Developer, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Project Manager, and Operations Lead. Chiranthan contributed significantly to generating operational metrics for the Professional Services business using tools such as OBIEE, Excel, MS Access, and SQL Server.

Chiranthan Henly holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in engineering from RV College of Engineering and a BE degree in Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Additionally, they have earned certifications as a Certified Equity Edge Expert from E*TRADE, a Sun Certified Java Professional from Oracle, and as a Tableau Author from Tableau.
