Nick Chang

Nick Chang has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various leadership roles in customer success and professional services. Nick has served in positions such as Vice President of Global Customer Success at Aryaka, Global Head of Network Security Customer Success at Palo Alto Networks, and Global Head of Customer Success for HPE GreenLake at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Prior to that, Nick held roles at BlueData Inc. and Hitachi Insight Group, where they were responsible for overseeing global customer success business segments. Nick also served as Sr. Director of Global Services at Hitachi Data Systems and held managerial positions at NetApp, Sun Microsystems, Hewlett Packard, and Comware Ecuador. Throughout their career, Nick has consistently focused on driving customer satisfaction, value realization, and business growth.

Nick Chang completed their education history with a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, which took place from 1985 to 1991. Nick also obtained a certification in Board member for Non-profit organizations from the Latino Board Leadership Academy in 2017. Additionally, Nick Chang received the HITEC 100 Award from HITEC, which was obtained in 2023. In 2015, they attended Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth for a Leadership and Strategic Impact program.
