Sukanya V. has extensive work experience in the legal field, with roles at various companies starting from the position of Associate Lawyer at SMA Legal in 2012. Sukanya then worked as an Associate at Suri & Company, Law Firm before moving on to roles at Lazada Group, Zomato, and udaan.com in legal counsel and senior legal counsel positions. Most recently, they have been the Head of Legal at Shadowfax and Arzooo.

Sukanya V. completed their Bachelor of Science in Law and Bachelor of Laws (BSL LLB) from ILS Law College, Pune in 2012. Sukanya also obtained a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2015. Additionally, they earned a Master's Degree in Corporate & Financial Services Law from the National University of Singapore in 2016.
