Alireza Niazi

Alireza Niazi is an experienced professional in employer branding and employee experience, currently serving as the Team Lead at Asa Co. since July 2023. Responsibilities include designing Asa's 12th birthday celebration and managing internal and external events while redesigning communication channels. Previously, Alireza held the position of Employer Branding Team Member at Asa Co. from June 2022 to May 2023, where key projects included managing the Asa EB Executive Model, developing the Employer Brand Architecture Model, creating employee engagement surveys, and implementing CSR initiatives. Alireza began a career as a Business Analyst at ILIA Corporation from March 2021 to June 2022. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of Tehran and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Isfahan.
