Elvis Okoh-Asirifi

Elvis Okoh-Asirifi has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Mathematics Teacher at New World in 2014. Elvis then worked as an Assistant to the Marketing Manager at United Pension Trustees in 2017. In the same year, they also served as an IT Officer at SMID Fund, where they developed a desktop application that is still in use. Elvis later joined Landtours Ghana Ltd. in 2018 as a Tour Planner and Designer. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Programming Tutor at Ashesi University, also assuming the role of Resident Coordinator during their time there. In 2019, they established their own company, 5:18 Photography, where they served as CEO. In 2019, they also started working as a CEO at 5:18 Innovations. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Asaak as a Senior Software Developer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in software development, leadership, coordination, and teaching.

Elvis Okoh-Asirifi completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Ashesi University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Opoku Ware School from 2011 to 2014, where they received the title of Business Scholar in 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, Elvis also obtained various certifications, including being the First Runner Up in the Ashesi Code Fair Programming Challenge in 2019 and 2018, and being selected as an Interport Student for Ghana on the Semester At Sea ship in 2018. Elvis was also recognized as the Best Business Student in the May/June WASSCE by the West African Examinations Council.
