Masanori Arai

Masanori Arai, also known as Massimo, is a seasoned finance and supply chain professional currently serving as the Finance & Supply Chain Director at Asahi Beer USA Inc since December 2018, where Masanori also holds the roles of Corporate Director and Officer (Secretary/Treasurer). In addition, Masanori manages the Board of Octopi Brewing LLC starting October 2024. Previously, Masanori had an extensive career at Asahi Group Holdings, holding various management positions from September 2012 to December 2018, including General Manager of Corporate Strategy. Earlier experience includes roles at Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. and ASAHI BREWERIES, LTD, beginning in April 2000. Masanori holds a Bachelor's degree from Kyoto University, earned in 2000.
