Jacobijn Boerrigter

Jacobijn Boerrigter is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Director for Grolsch in The Netherlands and Asahi France a.i. since June 2024, Boerrigter also holds the position of Regional Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing at Asahi Europe & International since September 2021. Prior to these roles, Boerrigter spent over a decade at Koninklijke Grolsch, progressing through various HR functions including Manager of Organizational Development & Talent and HR Business Partner roles. Early career experience includes positions at Philips Lighting, where Boerrigter served as HR Project Manager for Sector Lighting HRM. Boerrigter holds a Master's degree in Health Sciences, Labour & Organization from Maastricht University.
