Michael Kutscher is currently the Distribution Operations Lead at Asahi Europe & International. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at The HEINEKEN Company and XPO Logistics. At HEINEKEN, Michael served as the Distribution Leader and Area Warehouse Manager, overseeing complex distribution processes and managing a team of direct reports. At XPO Logistics, Michael was the Warehouse Manager NL and later held roles in continuous improvement and quality control at Amazon C-returns center PRG1. Kutscher also has experience as an intern at various companies including ŠKODA AUTO a.s. and BENNING GmbH & Co.KG. Michael holds a degree in Podniková ekonomika a management from Škoda Auto University and has additional education from Fachhochschule Oberösterreich Steyr.
