Paul Healey has over 30 years of experience in the refining and mining industry. Paul Healey started their career at Glencore in 1988, where they worked their way up to the position of Senior Trader in the Recycling Business Unit. During their time at Glencore, they successfully negotiated supply contracts for over 100,000 tonnes per year of recyclable materials. In 2018, Paul joined Asahi Refining as the Global Head of Precious Metal Refining, where they focus on assaying, refining, and bullion products. Through their expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, Paul has contributed to the growth and success of both organizations.

Paul Healey, a Refining and Mining Executive, pursued their undergraduate education from 1984 to 1988 at Wilfrid Laurier University. During this period, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Business. Additionally, in June 2021, Paul Healey acquired a certificate in Conflict Resolution Foundations from LinkedIn.
