Neeracha Taychakhoonavudh is the Head of Customer Experience, leading all post-sales functions including User Operations (Support), Success, Services, Education, and Renewals. Prior to joining Asana, she spent thirteen years at Salesforce where she led Customer Success, Partners and Industry go-to-market teams. Neeracha is respected as a customer success thought leader, focusing on how the flywheel effect of post-sales excellence fuels top line growth. She has a long-established career within the tech industry, including positions at Oracle and smaller startups. Neeracha is on the board of directors at the Girl Scouts of Northern California, and Safe and Sound, a SF-based non-profit. Neeracha holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from Stanford University.
