Reena Bhatia serves as the Head of Customer Success for AMER at Asana since September 2023 and is a Board Member at Junior Achievement of Northern California, contributing to the organization's mission of inspiring young people. Bhatia previously held various leadership positions at Salesforce from August 2010 to December 2022, including COO of Customer Success, where responsibility encompassed strategy, operations, data analytics, and customer success methodology.
