Teresa Rodriguez

Teresa Rodriguez is an experienced communications professional specializing in employee communications and employer branding. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff for Revenue at Asana since May 2023, Teresa supports the Global Revenue GTM organization alongside the Chief Revenue Officer, Ed McDonnell. Prior to Asana, Teresa held significant roles at Opendoor, including Director of Employee Communications, where corporate internal communications and executive communications were prioritized. Teresa's early career included positions at Sephora, Apple, JCPenney, and the Dallas Business Journal, covering various aspects of communications and recruiting. Teresa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of North Texas and additional education from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
