Yinyin Guo

YinYin Guo is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in managing teams and driving product development across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Asana since September 2020, YinYin oversees teams focused on the adoption of the Forms feature and the integration of third-party tools within the Asana platform. Previously, YinYin held the position of Head of Web Engineering at Asana, managing multiple engineering teams to enhance platform performance. Prior experience includes roles at Intercom as a Senior Engineering Manager, where YinYin led initiatives to enhance Messenger features, and at AKQA as Head of Engineering, managing multiple teams across mobile and web projects. Other notable positions include VP, Director of Engineering at Leo Burnett, and various engineering roles at Arc Worldwide, Designkitchen, and Officescape. YinYin holds a degree in Computer Graphics Technology with a focus on Interactive Multimedia from Purdue University.
