Randy McElmurry

Randy McElmurry, MBA, is an accomplished healthcare operations leader with extensive experience at Asante since October 2010, where responsibilities include directing operations for the Ambulatory sector, overseeing project management, and enhancing business efficiency. Previous roles at Asante encompass interim director of clinic operations and director of population health, among others. Randy has successfully managed vendor relations, capital acquisition planning, and developed contract governance processes. With foundational experience in sterile processing across multiple healthcare facilities, Randy has demonstrated impactful leadership by cross-training staff and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Southern Oregon University, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Innovation and Leadership and an Associate's degree in General Studies.
